Hiking trails near Pomedes

The Chamois trail

A splendid hike suitable for all, with an altitude gain of 215m, which takes you from Piè Tofana to the Duca d’Aosta hut in only 40 minutes, ascending through the forest on trail n. 407, traversing the Forcella Rossa and the Canalone ski slopes. 

Duca d’Aosta - Pomedes

A short hike, initially immersed in the forest, where you can admire the mountain Rapunzoli and the Gentians, which then continues on the Caprioli slope where a breathtaking view opens onto the imposing wall of Tofana di Rozes. This is a short and easy connecting trail.  

Dibona - Pomedes (trail n. 420)

This trail takes fit hikers from the Dibona hut to Pomedes in only 30 minutes, climbing a steep rock scree below Punta Anna, with marvellous views on Tofana di Rozes and the Dolomites.
